Is there a test for bipolar disorder?

I just wanted to drop you a quick message about
something. The other day I sent out a link
about my new resource "The Bipolar Testing System,"
Anyway, a ton of people have asked me, "Dave,
is there a test for bipolar disorder?"
No there is not. I don't want people thinking
that I am saying there is because there is
not a test, proven to work, that says whether or
not someone has bipolar disorder.
What I have found is that you can do many
things to help determine if someone has
bipolar disorder.
There are many.
Unfortunately, many people don't do these things
and this is why some say it takes 10 years to
get the right mental illness diagnosis.
I think you have to follow a system and that's why
I put together my resource.
