Holidays and Borderline Personality Disorder

=>PLEASE FORWARD TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND LOVED ONES <=

Hi ,

Hope you're doing well.

Today's subject is the holidays and
borderline personality disorder, and
the most important thing you need
to remember, especially at this time
of the year.

DON'T TAKE IT PERSONALLY.

You're loved one is probably feeling
more stressed than usual at the
holidays, so their acting out behavior
is coming out at this time, and things
may be more tense than ever before
around the house.

The worse their stress, the worse their
acting out behavior, the more they
get out of control, the more the cycle
continues, and they end up taking
everything out on you.

Remember...

DON'T TAKE IT PERSONALLY.

Even if they're calling you names.

Even if they're belittling you.

Even if they're humiliating you.

Even if they're degrading you.

Even if they're bullying you.

Even if they're yelling at you.

Even if they're fighting with you for no reason.

Even if they're punishing you.

Even if they're ignoring you.

Remember...

DON'T TAKE IT PERSONALLY.

These are just some of the acting
out behaviors that I talk about in
my main course and resource below,
and get worse around the holidays:

For your own sake, you MUST remember
not to take it personally.

You MUST remember that these are just
BEHAVIORS, that these are a part of
your loved one's borderline personality
disorder, and NOT your loved one
themselves.

Remember to distinguish between your
loved one and their disorder, and it will
make it easier for you to:

NOT TAKE IT PERSONALLY

When they exhibit their acting out
behaviors around this holiday season.

Your Friend,

Dave
